After no reply email template

The second email when the first one got silence.

A follow up after silence should add new information rather than repeat the original message. Send it three to four working days later, keep it under sixty words, and reply in the same thread so the reader has the context without scrolling.

Questions

How long should I wait?

Three to four working days. Sooner reads as impatient, later and the original is forgotten.

How many follow ups are acceptable?

Three in total including the first email. After that the silence is the answer.

Does "bumping this" work?

No. It adds no information and tells the reader you had nothing further to say.
